Then, do both wrists 30 to 50 times outward, inward, and downward at the same time, rotating slowly and with force. Then, do both wrists 30 to 50 times inward, downward, and outward. Both hands and arms also have 6 meridians passing through, which are the heart, pericardium, lung, large intestine, small intestine, and triple energizer meridians.
