4. Mental symptoms: mental fatigue, mental depression, memory loss, decreased self-confidence, etc.
In the early stage of prostatitis, there is a phenomenon of white dripping from the urethral orifice and frequent urination. As the disease progresses, the phenomenon disappears. This is due to the increase in inflammatory secretion during the infiltration of inflammatory cells, resulting in white dripping. Fibrous hyperplasia, prostate massage during the degenerative stage, and difficulty in outflow of prostate fluid.
In addition to clinical symptoms, the diagnosis of prostatitis should also be based on physical signs and digital examination of the anus, such as obvious tenderness of the prostate, increased hardness of the prostate, and palpable nodules of different sizes. Routine microscopic examination of prostate fluid showed that white blood cells ≥ 10/HP, and lecithin bodies were significantly reduced. Combined diagnosis was performed.
