Protein

(2) 3 bowls of rice. One bowl of rice=two bowls of noodles=four pieces of bread=two bowls of porridge. You can eat a small amount of cookies, candy, dried fruits, chocolate, and other snacks between meals.
Potassium intake
(1) Do not mix rice with vegetable soup or broth.

(3) High potassium foods, bamboo shoots, oranges, celery, rape, carrots, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, melon seeds, almonds, walnuts.
(4) Carambola is definitely not edible.
(5) Generally, vegetables are best boiled in hot water before cooking.
Phosphorus intake
(1) Foods containing yeast such as Yakult, yogurt, and cheese should be avoided.
(2) Beans and dried fruits are not edible.
(3) Soda, cola, and animal viscera are all high in phosphorus.
Other precautions
(1) If blood fat is too high, please reduce any sugary foods or beverages.
