Classification of sexual infertility: 1. According to the history of infertility, it can be divided into primary infertility and secondary infertility. The former refers to those who have never given birth after marriage, while the latter refers to those who have given birth once or several times and have not used contraception for more than three years, and have not given birth again;
Classification of sexual infertility: 2. According to the possibility of treatment, it can be divided into absolute infertility and relative infertility. Infertility with no hope of successful treatment is called absolute infertility, while infertility with hope of successful treatment is called relative infertility;
Classification of Sexual Infertility: According to the nature of the cause, it can be divided into Sexual Infertility and Pathological Infertility; Qualitative and functional infertility; First and second sexual infertility.
Classification of Sexual Infertility: 4. According to the causes of infertility, it can be divided into different types of infertility that interfere with the reproductive process and abnormal state infertility that results in semen testing.
What are the causes of male infertility?
1、 Obstruction of the vas deferens duct.
2、 Endocrine diseases. The reason is a lack of gonadotropins.
3、 Abnormal sperm structure and seminal plasma.
4、 Chromosome abnormalities. Common male pseudohermaphroditism and Klinefelter syndrome
5、 Impotence, premature ejaculation, non ejaculation and retrograde ejaculation can all cause male infertility.
6、 Abnormal testicular spermatogenic function. Commonly found in cryptorchidism, varicocele, toxins, magnetic fields, high fever, and trauma, physical and chemical factors can all cause testicular spermatogenesis disorders.
7、 Immune infertility. Both male generated anti sperm immunity and female generated anti sperm alloimmunity can cause male infertility.
8、 The incidence rate and severity of genital tract inflammation, such as prostatitis, epididymitis, orchitis, and urethritis, have increased, seriously affecting male fertility.
The causes of infertility can be external factors as well as personal factors. We cannot change the major factors temporarily. Therefore, men, you can change yourself, avoid long-term smoking, alcohol abuse, irregular diet, and stay away from male infertility.
