The tongue has less red coating and thin veins. Treatment: Nourishing yin and filling essence, tonifying kidney and qi, this type is suitable for continuous use of high-dose "Shengjing Dan".
Spleen and stomach weakness, insufficient source of transformation type: clinical manifestations: small amount of sperm, sperm density<20 million/m, small or increased amount of semen, poor sperm motility; God is tired and weak, with short breath and lazy speech; Lack of appetite and physical emaciation; Loose stool. The tongue has a pale, smooth or plump coating, and the pulse is heavy and weak. Treatment: Strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach, nourishing blood and generating essence. Damp heat infusion, burning semen type: clinical manifestations: low sperm volume, density below 20 million/m, more dead sperm, pus cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, etc. in the semen, or low yellow and non liquefied semen; Pain and discomfort in the testicles and perineum; Pain or burning sensation during ejaculation; Bitter and sticky taste, thirsty and unwilling to drink; Red face and red ears, irritable and irritable. The tongue is red and the fur is yellow and greasy, with smooth veins. Treatment: Clear and promote dampness and heat, and nourish the essence spring. This type is suitable for continuous administration of high-dose "Shengjing Dan", with the addition of "Huoxiang Zhengqi Wan".
Blood stasis obstruction and obstructed semen path type: Clinical manifestations: low sperm volume and obstructed ejaculation; During ejaculation, there will be swelling and pain in the perineum and urethra; Irritable and irritable, accompanied by swelling and pain; Falling pain on both sides of the lower abdomen; Dark or purple lips; Varicocele.
