Massage head points
● Massage ear wheel

● Close the eyes and open the acupoints

Massage upper limb points
● Knock Laogong acupoint
Action tips: Knock the Laogong of the other hand with one fist at the curved bone for 16 times, and then knock the other hand for 16 times.
Point selection method: clench your fist, gently press the palm with the four fingers of index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger, and the point is between the middle finger and ring finger.
Function: clearing away heat and purging fire, opening the mind and waking up the mind, removing upset, treating oral ulcers caused by excessive heat, and mental diseases.
● Pinch the internal acupoints
Action tips: bend the arm and palm upward, and press the acupoint with the thumb of the other hand. Press for 1 to 2 minutes on the left and right sides with slight force, with the degree of acid and swelling.
Point selection method: slightly bend the wrist joint with the palm up, 2 inches above the first transverse line behind the palm, between the two large tendons.
Function: It has the effect of calming the heart and calming the nerves, soothing the liver and lowering the adverse effects, harmonizing the spleen and stomach, activating blood circulation and unblocking collaterals.
● Press Hegu acupoint
Action tips: open the thumb of one hand, open the tiger's mouth, press the acupoint with the thumb of the other hand for rubbing and pressing, and press the two hands alternately for 1 to 2 minutes.
Point selection method: open the thumb and forefinger to tighten the mouth of the tiger, press the thumb joint of the other hand on the mouth of the tiger, bend the thumb joint forward, and the concave point of the thumb tip is the point.

● Press Quchixue
Action tips: Massage the Quchi point on the other arm with the tip of your thumb, and exchange your hands for 1 to 2 minutes.
Point selection method: bend the elbow with the palm up, and the point is the point where the head of the elbow cross striation shows a depression.
Function: dispelling wind and relieving external symptoms, regulating stomach and intestines, dredging joints, regulating viscera functions, purging fire and removing heat. It is the main acupoint for treating upper limb hemiplegia.
Massage lower limb points
● Shumingmen acupoint
Action tips: Rub your hands together, and then rub them back and forth on the Mingmen acupoint in turn, which can be done for 2 to 3 minutes.
Point selection method: make a line around the body from the navel, and the intersection of the line and the posterior midline is the vital point.

● Tap Zusanli acupoint

Point selection method: bend the knee to 90 °, measure the distance between four transverse fingers and one transverse finger outside the tibia from the outer knee eye.
Function: It is an important acupoint for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. Frequently pressing this point can increase appetite, help digestion, improve heart function, regulate heart rhythm, and improve the ability to defend diseases.
● Rub Taichong acupoint
Action tips: press and rub two Taichong acupoints with your thumb for 3-5 minutes.
Point selection method: push from the first and second interdigital suture to the dorsum of the foot to the depression at the front edge of the joint of the two bones.
Functions: clearing the liver and purging the fire, soothing the liver and relieving depression, regulating menstruation and blood, soothing the liver and regulating qi, are special points for treating liver diseases.
● Press Yongquan Cave
Action tips: put the left foot on the right knee, press the left Yongquan acupoint with the right thumb, and massage each foot for more than 5 minutes in turn, preferably by rubbing.
Point selection method: the dorsum of five toes is flexed, and the depression in the middle of the front of the palm of the foot (the first third of the midline of the foot).
