Gout is a group of heterogeneous diseases caused by purine metabolic disorders and elevated blood uric acid. According to its clinical characteristics, it can be divided into acute attack stage and chronic remission stage. Tuckahoe and White Gourd and Turtle Soup

Ingredients: 25 grams of Tuckahoe, 300 grams of winter melon (with skin), 5 to 6 red dates, a little shredded ginger, and 1 turtle (about 500 grams).
Method: After washing, slaughtering, and cutting the turtle into pieces, stir fry it in oil for a moment, then add shredded ginger and stir fry until fragrant and ripe. Wash the soil poria cocos, cut the wax gourd into pieces, and place the red dates in a soup pot. Add appropriate amount of water, simmer for half an hour, and then add a little salt and monosodium glutamate to taste and take.
Usage: During the acute episode of gout, once a day for 7 consecutive days.
Stewed Duck with Chinese Wolfberry and Tianqi

Ingredients: 15 grams of Chinese wolfberry, 20 grams of Tianqi slices, 5 slices of ginger, and 1 old duck (about 1000 grams).
Method: After the old duck is slaughtered, depilated, and washed, remove the internal organs, remove the fascia and sebum. Do not use it, cut it into small pieces, and place it in a casserole with ginger slices. Add some water, and cook for half an hour over fire. Add Chinese wolfberry and Tianqi slices, and simmer gently for another hour. Add a little salt and pepper to taste before taking.
Usage: In the chronic remission period of gout, take it once a week for 7 consecutive weeks.
