In fact, medical "secondary development" is only relative to patients with small testicular disease. In adults with this disease, the penis does not mature despite the normal development of male sexual characteristics such as beards and laryngeal nodules. Doctors can help their penis continue to develop by supplementing it with male hormones. "Healthy men who are already mature have normal sexual hormone secretion, and supplementation with male hormones can also increase the risk of prostate disease.".
Penis lengthening surgery is strictly not a true extension of penis length. "When the penis is weak, the foreskin is layered, making it appear very small.".
