Exploring the research ideas of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine for chronic nephritis
At present, the etiology of chronic nephritis is not completely clear in the medical field. However, through years of research, some factors that can cause the disease have been summarized. Patients with chronic nephritis often neglect their condition and do not cooperate with doctors in the treatment of chronic nephritis. Moreover, the side effects of drugs are very significant, sometimes not only cannot cure the disease, but also bring serious complications of kidney disease.
Traditional Chinese medicine is a practical science established on the basis of extensive clinical practice. It requires physicians to accumulate experience through long-term and extensive clinical practice in order to achieve more accurate syndrome differentiation and correctly select prescriptions based on accurate syndrome differentiation to improve clinical efficacy. Modern Chinese medicine scholars have recognized this issue, so they have conducted a lot of quantitative work on syndrome differentiation in order to find objective laws of "syndrome" and provide evidence for syndrome differentiation. Mainly by scoring clinical symptoms, we aim to find the connection between micro indicators and clinical symptoms. Through the detection of indicators, we aim to expand the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine's observation, hearing, questioning, and cutting, and hope to improve the objectivity and accuracy of syndrome differentiation.
Due to the close relationship between the development, prognosis, treatment, and pathological types of primary glomerular disease, how to establish the connection between traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and pathological diagnosis has become a challenge for scholars. Many doctors have explored this aspect and achieved some results. They have studied the ultrasound images and different dialectical situations of 60 hospitalized patients with chronic nephritis. The results showed that the spleen qi deficiency type is more common in mild lesions, while the spleen kidney yang deficiency type is not obvious. However, compared with the qi deficiency type, membranous kidney disease and sclerosing nephritis are more common. An analysis was conducted on the pathological types of renal biopsy in 35 patients with chronic nephritis who belong to the type of deficiency of both qi and yin based on traditional Chinese medicine differentiation, with mesangial proliferative nephritis being the most common type. By studying the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, renal pathology types, and laboratory indicators in 187 adult edema patients, we hope to discover the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types, renal pathology, and laboratory indicators. We hope to find some correlations between traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types, renal pathology, and laboratory indicators, and explore the objective research of chronic nephritis syndrome types.
