First move: standing on both feet
1. Stand with your feet on the ground, bend your feet slightly, lift your right foot to the right side, bend your heels to the hips, lean your heels against the hips, press your right foot on the instep, hold your right leg with your left hand, bend your body slightly, keep your left foot standing, tighten your leg muscles and abdominal muscles, and turn your upper body slightly to the right. Feel the tightness of the body muscles, keep 10~20 breaths or so, and repeat the action again.
2. The palms of your hands are stretched upward, the fingertips are stretched backward and upward, and the arms are stretched backward, driving your upper body, then the waist, hips, and legs. You know that your hands are stretched on the ground, and the waist, hips, and legs all sound and feel the extension of your body muscles.
This action requires more flexible body and stronger waist, arm and leg strength to complete. If the strength is insufficient or the flexibility of the body is not enough at the beginning, you can lie on the ground, and then slowly support the whole body with your waist strength, step by step, to avoid muscle strain and injury caused by insufficient strength.
3. Stand on the ground with your feet slightly apart, inhale, move your hands forward, slowly bend your waist, hold your palms down on the ground, straighten your feet as far as possible, look straight at the ground, and feel the stretch of your waist and legs.
If your body is not flexible enough to support your hands on the ground, you can slowly press your body down. This action can help you move your abdominal muscles, shake off your belly, and increase your flexibility.
