In addition to the size of the penis, phimosis is also a major problem for men. As the name suggests, phimosis refers to the condition where the skin on the penis likes to cover the glans.
In childhood, everyone was in a phimosis state, with the glans completely covered by foreskin. During puberty, when the penis is erect, the foreskin is pulled down to expose the glans. Half of men's phimosis disappears automatically around the age of 18, as long as they are well developed. But most people still have their glans covered after they reach adulthood.
There are two types of phimosis: pseudophimosis and true phimosis.
Pseudophimosis can reveal the glans by pulling it down with your hand during an erection, and even automatically breaks out during an erection. Most phimosis are pseudosexual, so there are no barriers to sexual activity. But the true phimosis is is different, and no matter how hard you pull the glans with your hand, it still cannot appear. This of course requires surgery.
Because the glans cannot come out, it can affect the generation of pleasure. Moreover, it is easy to accumulate dirt and infect bacteria within the foreskin, which is very unsanitary. Generally, young people who worry about phimosis are almost always pseudophimosis. As long as psychological barriers are eliminated, there is no need for surgery.
If peeling off the foreskin after an erection can cause pain, or discomfort or pain during intercourse, surgery must be performed.
