Chinese medicine believes that sea cucumber is sweet, salty and warm in nature. 2. Congee with Cistanche and Lamb Kidney
Congee with cistanche and lamb loin: 10g cistanche, one lamb loin (de intima, chopped), 100g japonica rice, cooked into Congee. It has the function of tonifying the kidney, helping the yang, and benefiting the defecation. 5. Fried walnut kernel
Fried walnuts: 10g walnuts, fried and chewed. It has the function of tonifying the kidney, warming the lung, moistening the intestines and relieving constipation. It is suitable for those with kidney deficiency, low back pain and weak feet, or cold deficiency, cough, asthma and constipation.
6. Eucommia cashew
Eucommia cashews: 12 grams of eucommia, boiled and filtered for standby, a pair of pork loins, stripped of the intima, cut into cashews, use eucommia liquid as seasoning juice, add onion and ginger salt to stir-fry and then eat. It has the functions of tonifying the liver and kidney, strengthening muscles and bones, and lowering blood pressure. It is applicable to kidney deficiency, low back pain, waist and knee weakness, dizziness, tinnitus, and hypertension caused by liver and kidney deficiency in the elderly.
