Sexual Health
Azoospermia is difficult to detect, and the harm is so great that it is difficult to be unaware
There are many factors that cause male infertility, and azoospermia is one of the most common factors. The emergence of azoospermia has a great impact on men, even on family harmony. So everyone should be vigilant about this disease, to achieve early detection, early treatment, and to learn more about the causes of the disease in order to better treat it.
What are the symptoms of azoospermia
1、 Asperma: Because of sperm secretion, it only happens after sexual maturity and sexual life. Therefore, many male friends only know that they have azoospermia after marriage, and another manifestation of azoospermia is that it leads to male infertility. Therefore, for those who are unable to bear after marriage, whether they have azoospermia can be considered.
2、 Changes in composition: If there is a congenital absence of seminal vesicles, epididymitis, or obstruction of the vas deferens, the pH value of the semen will decrease; If it is acute epididymitis, prostatitis, and seminal vesiculitis, then pH>8.0. The study found that the semen and seminal plasma Elastase content of PH>8.0 indicated infection; At the same time, the patients with azoospermia whose semen PH>7.0 had no abnormalities such as seminal vesicles, epididymal cysts or varices on Doppler examination. Therefore, the semen volume and PH value of patients with azoospermia can reflect the development and function of male gonads and accessory gonads, which is of great significance to the analysis of its etiology and should be paid great attention.
3、 Symptoms are not obvious: generally speaking, the symptoms of azoospermia do not have any obvious clinical manifestations, and most of the patients are diagnosed with azoospermia when they go to hospital without fertility for many years. Therefore, this disease cannot be predicted before examination. But the new research provides patients with a new way to reflect whether there is azoospermia, which is very helpful for early detection of azoospermia. In the laboratory study of azoospermia, it was found that the volume of semen can be used to judge the pathological changes of many male accessory gonads and spermatogenic functions.
4、 Abnormal semen: the most important symptom of azoospermia is that the semen volume reflects the testosterone secretion of the testis and the functional status of the accessory gonads. Congenital dysplasia or dysfunction of the seminal vesicle and prostate will lead to a decrease in semen volume, and semen volume can also indicate hyperprolactinemia and hypogonadism due to excessive gonadotropin secretion to some extent.
